Autocad Draftsman/woman

Residential home designing company looking for an experienced draftsperson (Specialization in single family dwelling). We are currently seeking a Designer to join us in Surrey/Delta. The position is expected to be full-time. A compensation will be offered during the interview process and will be based on the experience/qualifications of everyone. For more information about the open position please see the job requirements below. Minimum wage for the first 2 weeks, per experience it can increase to more.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Diploma in Architecture and Building science OR above

**EXPERIENCE**:

- At least 2 years of experience in residential home designing (single family dwelling)
- Understanding of single-family residential building codes
- Working knowledge of Residential floor planning, Detailing of floor plans, Elevations, sections, construction materials, and assembly.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- AutoCAD: 2 years (required)
