As part of the Trillium project based in Ottawa, we are seeking a qualified Site Project Controls Assistant to work as part of a field project controls team, including assisting the Project Controls team in progress capture, quantities take - off and holobuilder progress tracking.

**How will you contribute to the team?**
- Use in-house developed tool to capture site labor and equipment status on daily basis and produce labor and equipment status daily report
- Take contemporary records (360 photos) and manage holobuilder database for each area
- Capture progress on selected key commodities on a daily basis and product selected key commodities daily progress status report
- Provide support to project control and construction team to find ways on improving accuracy of progress measurement, and to identify factors that impact labor productivities.
- Performs any other duties that may be directed by the Project Controls Leads
- Communicate any safety issues, regardless of the severity to Project Controls Leads.
- Communicate data collection issues to Project Controls Leads.
- Maintain a clean work site and work vehicle, including emptying trash from work vehicle and taking vehicle to be washed and vacuumed.
- Refueling vehicles as required to not interfere with field work.

**What will you contribute / requirements?**
- Knowledge of engineering design, architecture, or quantity surveying
- Previous working experience in the Construction industry is an asset but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent in Excel and Power BI, and have good sense on data analysis
- Fluent in oral and written communication skills
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Available to travel to various projects sites
- Valid driver’s license (Class G)
