**Related Work Experiences REQUIRED**:

- Min of 3 years experience in a salon or spa setting performing facials with a strong re-booking percentage and retail to service sales percentage.
- Skincare/Aesthetics Certification from a recognized institution / accredited program (Proof of Diploma required)

**Related Work Experience Preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED**:

- Knowledge of the brands we work with (Environ, PCA, Miracle 10, Sorella Apothecary, Skinbetter, Colorescience)
- Knowledge and experience with Hydrafacial, Green Peel, E-DermaStamp, Reveal Skin Imaging Device, JetPeel, IPL
- Skincare Sales
- Client experience / Customer Service /Guest Services
- Management
- Retail Customer Service / Retail beauty background
- Salon/Spa Experience

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Perform skin treatments based on established protocols, with skill & precision; including microneedling, chemical peels, green peel, IPL, facials and more.
- Provide a thorough in-depth consultation and skin analysis - utilizing all tools available.
- Inform clients of pre and post-procedure protocols
- Utilize all materials provided including scripts
- Customize and recommend unique treatment programs for clients based on their concerns and goals
- Provide and educate each client with a well-rounded at home skin care plan based on their individual needs
- Perform prep work, prepare treatment rooms, including ensuring cleanliness and restock supplies as needed.
- Deliver an exceptional, attentive, personalized experience and quality service to all guests at every given opportunity
- Learn and become an expert in all of the beauty and wellness brands we carry and treatments provided (training provided)
- Administrative work associated with client care when needed including scheduling appointments and taking payments.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment and treatment room throughout the day
- Attend monthly meetings and quarterly staff outings
- Take standardized before & after photos of clients
- Diligent and up-to-date Patient charting; offer clear and consistent documentation of all data related to patient care.
- Responsibly maintain all safety standards and sanitary standards
- Maintain effective operation and cleanliness of devices while always following proper safety measures
- Cleaning duties as required for the position including assisting with opening and closing duties
- Meet end of month treatment sales and retail goals
- Training other staff members and new staff members on treatments and protocols
- Technician must feel confident in demoing and educating client on services and products.
- Ensure clients have correctly completed in take forms, and consent forms
- Participate in Marketing and promotional events

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
