The position is divided into two main roles. One as an Installer Supervisor where you will be traveling to different sites across North America supporting the installations and supporting the general manager in manufacturing of world class products in our manufacturing facilities.

**A day in the life of an Installer Supervisor**:

- Travel locally and internationally to different job sites;
- Engage with customers in a respectful, professional manner;
- Provide technical oversight for client’s contracting team’s;
- Provide technical support to client’s contracting team on install, fasten and align parts to assemblies and sub-assemblies of aluminum framing systems efficiently in residential and commercial settings;
- Exercise problem-solving skills;
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications;
- Comply with applicable safety standards, including fall arrest systems
- Complete and maintain all required written daily records
- Work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment;
**A day in the life in our manufacturing facilities**:

- Work with the general manager supporting the manufacturing of our products;
- Light fabricating duties such as machine operations, material handling, etc.;
- Use necessary hand tools such as verniers, drills, etc.;
- Read and interpret production drawings and specifications;
- Prepare finished fabricated parts for assembly / shipping;
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment;
**Base qualifications, to join our team**:

- Experience in supervising construction teams or contractors:

- Construction, framing, sunroom or other construction experience a strong asset;
- Manufacturing experience;
- Experience with hand tools and other light equipment;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Valid passport or be able to obtain one in short order;
- Able to travel to the United States
- Valid Working with Heights Certification or able to obtain one;

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:
