Your days will include:

- Accounting functions including entering vouchers and processing receipts in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) accounting system
- Data entry from various information sources
- Daily, weekly and month end inventory entries, balancing and reporting.
- Correspond with various departments internally such as the feed mills and logistics.
- Other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience with Great Plains would be an asset
- Previous experience working in a computerized office environment
- Basic accounting knowledge, with inventory reconciliation experience.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Able to work independently in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Grade 12 education
