**Key Responsibilities**

A Repayment Servicing Specialist plays an essential role in supporting customers through the repayment lifecycle of their financing account(s). This includes:

- Address customer inquiries regarding loan status, balances, payment history, account adjustments and payment arrangements
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and discrepancies effectively and efficiently, ensuring a satisfactory outcome for both the customer and the company
- Take payments over the phone and through online payment processing portals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and inquiries in the company database
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our auto and consumer lending product services and policies to provide accurate and thorough assistance to customers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to lending practices, customer privacy, and data security
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Operations, Credit or Finance to ensure seamless customer service and resolution of customer issues

**What you bring**:

- 2-3 years customer service experience, preferably in the financial service or auto industry
- Experience in Operations, Collections, payment posting and/or account adjustments an asset
- Fluent ability to write and speak business information in English and French; Maitrise du langage d’affaire en anglais et en français (à l’oral et à l’écrit)
- Ability to juggle competing priorities with a sense of urgency
- Proficiency with lending software and Microsoft tools - Advanced user experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Confidence at problem solving, and critical thinking
- Outstanding ability build rapport over the telephone
- Commitment to providing “Raving Fan” customer service
- Experience in an Auto Financing is an asset

**Additional Information**
- Shifts for this role will be between 8am - 9pm, Monday to Saturday EST
- Hybrid work schedule - two days per week in-office at our Mississauga location, this could change based on the needs of the business
