**WE are seeking a Guest Service oriented, Self Motivated, Passionate, Business and Sales minded STORE MANAGER to join our TEAM in Southwestern Ontario where housing is much more affordable.**
**AN IDEAL CANDIDATE would be able to show a history of success in Retail/Service industries.**
**Responsibilities**:
Staff Management; Team Building; Guest Experience Expert, Achieving Sales Budgets, Inventory management; Inter-company communications and MOST IMPORTANTLY ensuring the HIGHEST QUALITY OF GUEST SERVICE IS ACHIEVED AND MAINTAINED
**Qualifications**:
3 years of successful retail/service management
Must show at least 3 years of successful leadership
High school diploma at minimum. Further eduction would be a benefit
Excellent Guest Service Skills
Experienced in managing a team of up to 30 people
Computer competency with Apple and Microsoft including Excel
Excellent communication skills
Possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to commute to work
AGCO Cannsell and Police Clearance (not necessary to have in order to apply)
Must be 19+ years of age
**Compensation**
Minimum of $65,000 to start, based on experience, along with a very healthy bonus structure.
**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
