Fun Circle, is an indoor playground and activity center that offers children 0-12 years a safe, clean, and challenging environment to play and explore. Other than a regular day admission into the playground, we provide various activities for children and welcome their families to join them. We host birthday parties, family & friends’ events, corporate parties, team building games and a great field trip option for day cares and schools.

Fun Circle is growing and looking for energetic, creative, and organized people to join their team. We are open 7 days a week and are looking for individuals that are flexible and enjoy working with children and their families in a busy environment.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Book/Plan and host birthday parties / special events / classes / camps on-site, from setting up to clean up after parties.
- Register children/adults coming into playground, manage admissions on POS ensure everyone has waiver signed.
- Clearly communicate rules of the playground and ensure they are followed.
- Ability to clean and maintain the playground and all other equipment and spaces, including garbage removal, dusting, vacuuming, moping, sanitizing, washrooms cleanliness and hygiene.
- Responsible for inventory control.
- Responsible for opening and closing the store.
- Responsible for maintaining positive guest relations by providing excellent service.
- Uphold company standards in appearance and behavior.
- Capable to take initiative, are responsible and look for ways to improve processes.
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
- Flexible schedule, able to work weekends and evenings, is required.
- Ability to learn face painting, balloon art, laser tag game hosting, leading activities for children etc.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Fun Team Lead and Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 Years experience working with children in any setting.
- Passion and enthusiasm for working with children of ALL abilities.
- 2 years customer service experience and experience opening/closing store is an asset.
- Must be fluent (Verbal / Written) in English
- CPR Certification is an asset
- Knowledgeable in excel, google sheets, and booking and POS systems is considered an asset.
- A diplomatic, outgoing personality and the ability to foster relationships with patrons and colleagues.

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
