We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. In this versatile role, you will play a pivotal part in the coordination of service requests, scheduling, customer communication, and overall support to our operational processes. If you have advanced computer skills, a friendly and customer-focused attitude, and a passion for process improvement, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls and provide customers with accurate information.
- Create and digitize service requests, dispatching them to technicians.
- Collaborate in the scheduling process, optimizing technician assignments.
- Contact customers to schedule and confirm appointments, keeping them informed of progress and handling rescheduling when necessary.
- Gather requirements for small quotes and schedule home visits for estimation teams.
- Prepare documentation for permits and coordinate with city authorities, management companies, or homeowners for shut-offs.
- Develop and document efficient processes and procedures.
- Identify, propose, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Advanced computer skills are essential.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and respectful demeanor.
- Willingness to help and assist both customers and colleagues.
- Analytical mindset with a fast learning ability.
- Continuous improvement mindset, always seeking ways to enhance processes.
- Excellent command of the English language.
