**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule the movements of flat bed trucks and drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Communicate with drivers to provide them with necessary information and updates about their routes.
- Monitor the progress of deliveries and adjust routes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation laws and regulations related to flat bed trucks.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including times and locations.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on delivery status.
- Resolve any issues or problems that arise during deliveries.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with drivers, customers, and other team members.
- Ensure the proper loading, securing and unloading of cargo on flat bed trucks.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations related to flat bed trucks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Avaal, LoadLink, DAT, and dispatch software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
