Job Opportunity:
Are you a seasoned Excavator Operator seeking a fulfilling career path? Look no further. We're currently seeking a full-time Operator to join our team of experts. With a flexible schedule and competitive compensation, this role offers the perfect blend of stability and excitement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Loading/Unloading and Floating of Equipment.
- Maintain a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Very occasional emergency work after hours.
- Safe Operation of excavator, skidsteer or other equipment as needed.
- Occasional Hand-digging and helping outside of the equipment is necessary.
- Prior experience in septic installations, watermain installations, or sewer lateral installations is advantageous.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in operation of excavators of various size.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is a must.
- Valid BCIN (we will pay to renew) is advantageous.
- We're seeking individuals with a thirst for knowledge and a passion for excellence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00-$83,200.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Septic Installation/Repair: 1 year (preferred)
- Excavator Operator: 1 year (preferred)
- General Construction/Heavy Equipment: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
- BCIN (preferred)
