Breakfast Attendant

We are looking for a Breakfast Attendant who is available to work minimum 3 shifts a week with the potential of more shifts throughout the week. This position is a casual part time for holiday relief.

Expected breakfast attendant duties are as follows:

- Oversee the setup and takedown of the breakfast buffet daily.
- Cook hot food safely and ensure all food/beverage are stocked for guests.
- Clean and sanitize tables when guests leave.
- Be knowledgeable about the food items being served at breakfast.
- Keep breakfast buffet and kitchen clean and sanitized at all times.
- Preparing the kitchen stock for the next morning.
- Rotate food stock every few days.
- Clean public bathrooms, outside garbage and guest laundry room daily.
- Sweep and mop lobby, breakfast area and other public areas daily.
- Attend to other duties set by breakfast manager.
- Help in other departments should help be required.
