Food Truck Operator

We are a catering company specializing in southern-style BBQ. Our services include operating a food truck on the streets, running a food delivery service through platforms like Uber Eats and DoorDash, and catering to private events, weddings, and movie sets.
**Work Setting**: Food Truck in Lower Mainland
**Food Truck Operator Responsibilities**:
- Drive a food truck or another vehicle
- Prepare and sell food items
- Maintain the food truck and related equipment in good condition
**Food Service Worker Responsibilities**:
- Portion and wrap foods
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
- Take customers’ orders
- Package food
- Serve customers at counters
- Stock refrigerators
**Equipment and Machinery Experience**:
- Food Truck (or 10-15ft truck)
- Generator
- Electronic cash register
**Dishwashing Skills**:
- Wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
- Place dishes in storage area
**Kitchen Helpers Skills**:
- Handle and store cleaning products
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash
**Weight Handling**: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
**Food Service Helpers Specific Skills**:
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
**Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities**:
- Standing for extended periods
- Working under pressure
- Fast-paced environment
- Physically demanding

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 - 40 per week
