**About us**

AutoMind Collision Repair Group is a leading auto body repair and paint service provider in Squamish, BC. We are currently seeking two skilled and experienced Auto Body Repairer/Painters to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for cars and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess vehicle damage to determine necessary repair work
- Perform body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and alignment adjustments
- Prepare vehicles for painting by disassembling, cleaning, and masking areas as needed
- Buff and polish painted surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish
- Reassemble vehicles and complete final inspections to ensure all work meets company standards and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety procedures and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and tools to continually improve skills and efficiency

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Auto Body Repairer/Painter in an auto body shop
- Strong knowledge of automotive body repair and paint techniques
- Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Squamish, BC V8B 0E8: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- auto body repair 3 years experience (preferred)
