**Key Accountabilities**:

- To visit worksites to build morale, promote HSE awareness and teamwork.
- Perform safety related duties onsite as needed on a project by project basis.
- Time allocation to be approximately 75% Field to 25% Office split, depending on project or seasonal demand.
- Flexible to accommodate extended work shifts in the field as needed.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Generation of job-specific safety paperwork in compliance with legislated, EIS and client expectations.
- Ensures adherence to legislation and job specific safety requirements through the Job Hazard Analysis process.
- Identify, develop, implement, and maintain all required ERP documentation.
- Visits worksites to perform safety meetings, site inspections, job observations, target objective spot checks and monitor worker adherence and performance within Elite Integrity Services overall safety system.
- Collaborate with customer representatives regarding safety issues that may arise throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Mentor and support on site leadership in all safety matters.
- Conduct incident investigations and implement identified corrective actions as directed by HSE Manager.
- Maintenance of applicable safety equipment
- Coordination and management of worker Alcohol & Drug testing/results.
- Manage and maintain accuracy of contract welder safety tickets, A&D testing, training records, and competency assurance records.
- Coordinate and manage site specific onboarding requirements, and communication to EIS crews and sub-contract vendors.
- Participate and manage legislative compliance in the execution of the Joint Worksite Health and Safety Committee.
- Assist in development, revision, implementation and monitor effectiveness of all safety system documentation.
- Participate in weekly workload planning meetings with HSE Manager.
- Generate and provide reports as requested
- Purchase, assign, manage and maintain 4 head gas monitor inventories.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
Work towards and achieve “active” NCSO status, maintain site specific safety certification

HSE experience

Construction experience

High School Diploma

Drivers License

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
