**Responsibilities**:

- Arrive to work on time and with all tools to perform tasks
- Responsible for start-up, picking up formulas, and reviewing the mixing schedule
- Ensure all minor ingredients are screened and scaled accurately according to current and up-to-date formulas
- Assist with the loading of ingredients into the mixer
- Document all ingredients and lot numbers used throughout the shift
- Ensure proper documentation, labelling, and cleanliness of ingredient bins
- Ensure ingredients are replenished throughout the shift and monitor dough schedule to ensure ingredients are ordered for changeover
- Ensure dough's are finished in a timely manner
- preventing downtime between batches
- Ensure all variances to formulas are noted and reported to Leadhand and Supervisor
- Thoroughly empty and clean ingredient bins on a weekly basis
- Ensure scaling and mixing area is neat and clean, working ahead to enable assistance with mixing
- Keep work area clean and tidy throughout shift and at end of shift
- Work closely with mixer and Leadhand
- Assist in other positions/departments when needed
- Able to operate mixer for relief and vacation
- Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities specific to food safety, legality, and quality
- Inform Leadhand and Supervisor of any quality issues immediately
- Adhere to all applicable job procedures as outlined in SOP
- Adhere to GMPs and Health and Safety rules as outlined in the employee handbook
- Adhere to food safety practices and ensure they are observed during the shift
- All other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Leadhand

**Qualifications**:

- Must work with speed and accuracy to keep up with the production process
- Must be focused and have attention to detail
- Team player
- Be trained in operation of electric pump truck
- GMP and Safety Awareness
