**What you will be doing**

The **ECommerce Integration Specialist (ECS)** will be responsible for full cycle support of various ECommerce processes with existing and new customers. This position will monitor connectivity, transaction and translation of transactions and troubleshoot to determine the root cause of any issues. The ECS is responsible for providing internal support for sales staff, information technology staff, external vendor and customer management to ensure transactions are being completed effectively. You will also be involved with:
Production support of existing ECommerce processes which include Punchout, EDI, Conexiom and other digital commerce platforms.

Analyzes and defines ECommerce requirements for customers

Provides advice and education to partners concerning ECommerce guidelines and capabilities.

Creates, develops, and produces mapping documents.

Collaborates with programmers and internal staff to develop and test new or modified systems.

Develops and maintains communication links with customers and oversees integration of information.

Periodically reviews system to ensure ECommerce needs are met; identifies possible modifications as required.

Periodic meetings with ECommerce partners to discuss features and plan out how to implement

Frequent testing of data components in ECommerce system

Managing ECommerce initiatives to ensure systems are deployed and utilized across divisions

Report on ECommerce Analytics.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

**What you bring to the table**

Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in computer science, information technology or related field

2+ years of experience supporting ECommerce

2+ years of working experience with customer service

Experience in the Electrical and Automation industry will be an asset

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical, organization and problem-solving skills

Continuous improvement and customer centric mindset

Strong written, verbal skills and presentation skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Strong Project Management skills

Experience with basic internet protocols (APIs, EDI and others)
