"Archer" an up-coming new restaurant located in the heart of downtown Vancouver. We invite our guests to take an immersive culinary journey with notable local chef through the diverse coasts and waters of the Pacific North West, where the bounty of our farmers, fisher folk, and producers are celebrated on the plate. We are looking for line cooks/ prep cooks to help guide our guests through a one

- a
- kind artistic modern Canadian, farmers to table cuisine with a playful twist creating an energetic and unforgettable dining experience; and learning experience with multiple award winning chef(s)

What We Can Offer
- Competitive Wage range from $21 -$23 per hour negotiable base on experience.

**Job Tasks**:

- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Report directly to Chef de cuisine
