Our office in Toronto is seeking a B.I.M. Manager to join our Toronto team.

This is a position to work on projects in the rail (High Speed, Metro, LRT, streetcars) industry in the Toronto office.

**The Responsibilities in this role include**:

- Produce and maintain BIM execution plans and ensure that they are implemented and maintained for each project
- Work closely with Project Managers and Design Managers on projects to ensure BIM implementation
- Act as the intermediary between designers, clients, and architects so that projects remain efficient and effective
- Work closely with BIM coordinators, who are responsible for producing project information models.
- Support and audit the project team and flagging non-compliances.
- Train and upskill colleagues in specific software
- Produce monthly reports for senior managers, to identify and measure BIM implementation
- Drive the implementation of digital information plans and strategies
- Lead meetings to identify project tasks and resolve issues
- Raise the profile of BIM within departments and teams
- Adhering to the latest industry standards

**Qualifications**:

- Technical experience: more than 10 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, Architect, or technical equivalent degree in reference engineering/architecture companies or contractor companies
- Must be based in the Toronto area
- BIM Management experience: more than 5 years of experience as a BIM Manager in complex civil projects: public transport projects, depot projects, industrial projects, etc.
- Desired experience in Depot projects
- Experience in BIM Management tasks: BIM Execution Plan production, BIM platforms management, team BIM coordination, management of clash detection, preparation of templates and reference documents, etc.

Advanced skills in BIM modelling software:

- Revit: modelling, families creation, parameters, schedules, IFC/NWC exports, etc.
- Civil3D: assemblies and subassemblies modeling, surfaces, parameters, IFC(NWC exports, etc.
- Other desired experience in Tekla, AECOsim, Dynamo, etc.

Advanced skills in BIM Management software:

- Navisworks Manage: clash detection management, quantities extraction, planning, visualizations, information management, etc.
- Synchro: construction stage management, quantities management, visualisation, etc.
- Other desired experience: Revizto, Solibri, BIMCollab, etc.

Advanced skills in CDE management:

- Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM360: users management, document management, design collaboration, model coordination, etc.
- ProjectWise: users management, workflows, document management, etc.
- Other desired experience: Trimble Connect, ViewPort, etc.
