**Job Overview**
As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in our restaurant by ensuring that food is prepared and served efficiently and safely. You will work closely with other team members to provide an exceptional dining experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and assisting with customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following all sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with menu selections and upselling additional items.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food delivery and service.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

**Skills**
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks during busy periods.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food service.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices to ensure food safety.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
