- knowledgeable and experienced in using Microsoft Office 365 software including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Suite, and Windows
- familiar with online platforms and interactive presentation software (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
- able to use a variety of office and audio-visual equipment including printers, photocopiers, videoconferencing, monitors, LCD projectors, etc.
- able to understand business principles and policies and procedures
- self-motivated and resourceful but not afraid to ask questions
- able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- a quick learner
- able to work cooperatively as a part of an interdisciplinary team of professionals with a high level of confidentiality
- passionate for client services and are customer service oriented
- able to work independently with mínimal supervision
