**What you’ll be doing**:
The Junior Motorcycle Service Technician role is all about finding that perfect balancing act between your **_attention to detail_** and your **_ability to multi-task_**. Billable hours are the name of the game, and the key to winning is **_managing those multiple repair orders_**. It starts with **_assisting with repair estimates_** with the Service Manager. Once you get the green light, it’s time to go.

While working under the supervison and mentorship of our more senior technicians, you will learn the ropes to be able to successfully **_diagnose, service, repair and replace all parts for your units_**. Yeah, those sweet motor sports units we were talking about before. **_Prepping, disassembling, reassembling, even recommending maintenance_**. Every job will be a little different, but that’s what keeps this job FFUN You’re passionate about the powersports industry, and will share that love with your co-workers. Commit to quality work and be willing to learn the rest, if you can do that, strap on that smile permanently because you’re about to ride a wave of success.

**A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for**:

- Previous mechanical knowledge and a minimum of 1 year of experience in motorsports or other similar area
- Must provide your own tools
- A valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License upon employment and Class M motorcycle license
- SGI Certification would be considered an asset (not a requirement)
- **Must be a Canadian Resident or hold a Valid Canadian Open Work Permit**
