**À quoi vont ressembler vos tâches**:

- Émettre des RFQ sur le marché, recevoir et analyser les demandes d'achat.
- Communiquer et coordonner avec les fournisseurs clés + Gestion des fournisseurs.
- Travailler à la fois avec les matériaux indirects et les composants OTS (off-the-shelf, hardware, etc.).
- Examiner et fournir un soutien analytique pour les offres, les devis et les propositions.
- Soutenir et/ou participer à des projets interfonctionnelles avec différentes équipes sur la planification, l'amélioration des produits et des processus.
- Négocier, renégocier et gérer les contrats avec les fournisseurs, les vendeurs et autres représentants.
- Rendre compte de la performance des fournisseurs, notamment en ce qui concerne les coûts, la qualité, la livraison, le PPV et d'autres paramètres connexes, afin de garantir une utilisation maximale.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Assurer la conformité aux mesures de sécurité, aux procédures d'exploitation standard (SOP), aux bonnes pratiques de fabrication (GMP) et aux réglementations gouvernementales.
- Assurer et faciliter l'approvisionnement en matériel de l'usine et des bureaux ; s'assurer que les fournisseurs ont la capacité et exploitent pleinement leurs capacités pour couvrir les besoins internes.
- Tenir à jour et contrôler les dossiers des fournisseurs en ce qui concerne le coût, la quantité, la qualité et les spécifications.
- Contrôler la livraison des bons de commande et s'assurer qu'ils sont livrés à temps
- Soutenir les opérations quotidiennes d'approvisionnement dans les domaines du matériel et des services indirects.
- Évaluer les niveaux de stocks indirects afin de s'assurer que le réapprovisionnement en matériaux est assuré pour répondre aux demandes de l'usine et des bureaux.

**Exigences**
- Diplôme ou certificat dans le domaine des achats, avec 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en achats et en approvisionnement dans le secteur manufacturier.
- Expérience avec les fournisseurs, avoir utilisé des catalogues de prix et effectuer des achats sur le Web
- Expérience des contrats MRO, des services, des frais de maintenance, etc.
- Expérience dans l'analyse de données et la création de rapports
- Expérience dans la rédaction de contrats et familiarité avec les aspects juridiques
- Connaissance du MRP et ERP- acheminement, réception, planification
- Esprit d'initiative (en mesure de travailler de manière indépendante ou en équipe).
- Capacité d'adaptation - capable de faire face à des demandes de changement fréquentes, à des retards ou à des événements inattendus et de développer des solutions alternatives.
- Sens de l'organisation, esprit d'analyse, pensée critique et aptitude en résolution de problèmes.
- Être fier de ce que vous faites. Traitez le processus comme s'il était le vôtre.
- Doit avoir une bonne maîtrise de MS Office et une connaissance de l'ERP (INFOR LN est un atout).

**TASKS**:

- Issue RFQs to the market, receiving & Analyzing Purchase Requisitions
- Communicate and coordinate program and design information with key suppliers + Vendor Management.
- Manage direct materials procurement, data analysis, PO issue in support of Program Lead
- Reviews and provides analytical support for bids, quotes and proposals
- Support and/or participates in cross-functional project teams related to planning, product and process improvement initiatives
