**Key Responsibilities**:

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Lash Technician or similar role.
- Certification in Eyelash Extensions and other relevant beauty treatments.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service and maintain client confidentiality.
- Knowledge of sanitation and sterilization standards for salon environments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to stay updated with the latest trends.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Retail experience, particularly in selling beauty products.
- Knowledge of social media platforms for promoting services.
