Lash Technician

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform lash lifts and tints to enhance the appearance of natural lashes.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences and expectations.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Educate clients on aftercare procedures and recommend appropriate products for maintaining lash health.
- Manage appointment schedules, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client concerns or questions.
- Promote salon services and products, contributing to overall sales goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Lash Technician or similar role.
- Certification in Eyelash Extensions and other relevant beauty treatments.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service and maintain client confidentiality.
- Knowledge of sanitation and sterilization standards for salon environments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to stay updated with the latest trends.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Retail experience, particularly in selling beauty products.
- Knowledge of social media platforms for promoting services.
