We are looking for a Local QSHE representative for our Contract Logistics office based in Mississauga.
- ** Your Role **:The Local Quality Representative supports the LQM (Local QSHE Manager) on implementation, ongoing maintenance of and compliance to the Kuehne+Nagel Integrated Management System within the designated location including the aspect of Quality, Health and Safety, Environment, Dangerous Goods and Security. The LQR will report to current Manager (or AM Shift Manager) with a dotted line to the Distribution Centre Manager as well as the Local QSHE Manager.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Support the Local Quality Manager (LQM) by attending and supporting the Annual Management Review Meeting
- Ensure required documentation is reviewed to help analyze results
- Follow up of action plan during the year observing deadlines.
- Support the LQM to maintain effective Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA)
- Review and close any issued TIPs from assigned location and run overdue reports for follow up
- Support the LQM to ensure maintenance, document control and retention for all local forms, work instructions, profiles and customer SOP’s through KNDocs
- When applicable provide support to maintain calibration records, reports and equipment (temperature control when applied)
- Support the LQM with hosting of audits by clients, customers, third parties or government agencies
- Support with coordinating internal auditing of all QSHE compliance standards and requirements
- Perform periodic internal inspections to follow up completion of pending audit action items.
- Provide support with the KN Canada Security Programme including all requirements to manage specialised and secured products such as controlled goods

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in warehousing.
- Operational, clerical and/or administrative experience in the warehouse
- Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) certificate is considered an asset;
- CIFFA I + II certificates is considered an asset;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel).
- College diploma or University degree in business is preferred;
