**Position Overview**

We are currently seeking an ambitious and highly-skilled Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in our ongoing growth strategy, driving revenue by securing new clients aligned with Duco Media's ideal client profiles. The role is both challenging and rewarding, requiring a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and a relentless approach to achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Outbound sales, actively seeking new opportunities by targeting potential clients who align with Duco Media's ideal client profiles.
- Identify and respond to relevant Request for Proposals (RFPs), demonstrating the value of Duco Media's services, and crafting compelling proposals to win new business.
- Develop and implement audience nurturing systems to establish ongoing relationships with potential clients, encouraging their transition from prospects to clients.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our services to potential clients and articulate the benefits and advantages of partnering with Duco Media.
- Regularly track and report on sales activities, providing insightful analysis to the leadership team.

**Experience and Skills Required**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the marketing or technology industry.
- Experience identifying and responding to RFPs, with a track record of successful bids.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and driven by success, with a record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and ability to implement them at a high level.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

- Weekends as needed

Flexible Language Requirement:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 2 years (required)
