**Your daily role**:
As a member of the IT team and under the supervision of the IT Technical Support Manager, you will work in technical support for internal users.
**THE ROLE**:
- Install and support desktops, laptops, tablets and other hardware (VMU);
- Diagnose and deal with incidents;
- Write procedures and various technical documents;
- Provide support to users in getting started with equipment and software;
- Install and support printers and other peripherals;
- Network cabling (connectors);
- Participate in various projects.
**Your profile**
- **Ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;**:
- ** DEC in computer technology;**:
- ** Proficiency in operating systems: Windows 10/11, Apple IOS, Android;**:
- ** WiFi knowledge;**:
- ** French and oral English and functional written English;**:
- ** Good communication and teaching;**:
- ** Analysis and synthesis capabilities;**:
- ** Customer service (friendliness, patience, sense of service);**:
- ** Teamwork to collaborate with other IT professionals or other departments;**:
- ** Weekly trips through our 4 factories in Quebec (Montérégie/Estrie).**:
