As a Flooring Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by providing exceptional customer service and generating sales. You will utilize your expertise and product knowledge to assist customers in selecting the most suitable flooring solutions for their needs, while delivering a positive and personalized shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with customers to understand their flooring requirements and preferences._
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of various flooring products, including hardwood, carpet, vinyl, tile, and laminate._
- Providing accurate and detailed information about product features, benefits, and installation processes._
- Assisting customers in making informed decisions by offering expert advice and recommendations._
- Measuring and estimating flooring dimensions, and providing accurate quotes._
- Collaborating with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution._
- Maintaining a clean and organized showroom environment._
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns._

Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in flooring sales or a related field.

Strong knowledge of different types of flooring materials, installation methods, and industry trends.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in using technology tools, such as CRM software and measurement tools.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Physical ability to lift and carry flooring samples as needed.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $14.30-$21.36 per hour
