**SHIPPING/RECEIVING ASSISTANT (Full-time)**

PRE Labs Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipper/Receiver. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, and are committed to maintaining a safe and organized workspace, we want to hear from you
- Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM.
- Paid medical/dental benefits after a three-month probationary period.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive shipments, conduct damage checks, and organize stock for distribution.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management practices.
- Maintain a record of invoices sent and received.
- Fill orders by efficiently retrieving items from the warehouse and preparing them for delivery.
- Monitor and replenish shelves as needed.
- Package outgoing shipments and process shipping documents for domestic and international deliveries.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and seek clarification when needed.
- Uphold a safe working environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in parts shipping/receiving, with familiarity in heavy trucks, purchase orders, and data entry, is considered an asset.
- Strong observational skills and attention to details.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Capable of regularly lifting 45 lbs. or more.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of a pallet jack is beneficial but not essential.
- Familiarity with online shipping platforms/programs is considered an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently.
