**Overview**
**Duties**
- Construct framing for residential and commercial buildings according to blueprints and schematics.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble building materials.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as needed on job sites.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks associated with framing materials and structures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure timely project completion.
**Skills**
- Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics for accurate construction execution an asset.
- Experience with power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment operation is essential.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the workday.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of framing work.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members on-site.
- A solid understanding of building codes and safety regulations related to construction activities.
