Glazier Job Description

**Responsibilities**:

- Measure, cut, and install glass for windows, doors, and other structures
- Remove broken or damaged glass and replace with new glass
- Install and secure glass using caulk, screws, silicone or other adhesives
- Fabricate and install metal frames for glass installation
- Repair or replace window frames, sashes, and hardware
- Ensure proper sealing and weatherproofing of installed glass
- Collaborate with contractors and other tradespeople to complete projects

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a glazier or similar role
- Proficient in measuring, cutting, and installing various types of glass
- Familiarity with different glazing techniques and materials
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to glass installation
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on the job

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$32.00 per hour
