Dishwasher/prep Cook

**We are looking for Student Dishwashers to join our Peninsula Lakes Culinary team **Peninsula Lakes is a premier 4 star public golf course operated by Copper Creek Golf Group with a casual upscale restaurant and banquet venue located in Fenwick Ontario.

This will be a "hands on role" working directly with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef as well as FOH managers and their teams. In partnership with the Executive Chef you will be responsible for helping to deliver excellent culinary experience to Members, Guests and colleagues.

**As a Dishwasher, you will**:

- Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, trays, and utensils based on procedures and assigned equipment
- Polish silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth based on procedures and assigned equipment
- Maintain the dish and kitchen area and ensures equipment is clean, in working condition and complies with safety standards
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces
- Remove trash and place it in designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans
- Assists in loading, unloading and transfer supplies, products and equipment between storage and work areas
- Other duties and tasks as assigned

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
