Cabinet Refinishing

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Refinish and restore cabinets to a high-quality finish
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for refinishing tasks
- Perform heavy lifting as needed during the refinishing process
- Work on cabinet installation projects when required
- Assess the condition of kitchen cabinets and determine the appropriate refinishing methods.
- Prepare cabinets for refinishing by cleaning, sanding, and repairing any damages.
- Apply, paints, and finishes to cabinets to achieve desired aesthetics.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in every project.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

**Experience**:

- **Minimum 5 years of experience in cabinet refinishing.**
- Proficiency in various refinishing techniques, including, painting, and finishing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver cabinets and equipment.
- Previous experience as a carpenter or in cabinet installation
- **Must have a Valid driver's license.**
