Your Opportunity

Joining our rapidly expanding property management team, the Residential Leasing Specialist, reporting directly to the Marketing and Leasing Manager, will play a vital role in leasing our renovated suites and contributing to our continuous growth. We seek an enthusiastic, professional, and proactive individual to be a valued member of our team.

Key Accountability and Responsibilities:

- Lease vacant residential suites throughout the property portfolio in the Hamilton market
- Qualify potential prospects before suite viewings
- Respond to ad listing inquiries from various platforms, including Kijiji, Zumper/Padmapper, and Rentals.ca
- Stay informed about the property portfolio, vacancies, tenant move-ins, market rents, and competitors
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to rental inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist approved tenants with move-ins and conduct move-in inspections, communicating with admin regarding any issues
- Generate positive reviews and referrals for upcoming rental units
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Availability for a flexible working schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Reliable vehicle for travel to various locations
- Mobile phone
- Knowledge of leasing procedures, Residential Tenancies Act, and Standard Lease Terms
- Quick learner about company culture, rental products, and processes
- Passionate, outgoing, and friendly individual willing to learn and grow with the company
