Exams Invigilator

Canadian National Institute of Health Inc. dental hygiene program is currently seeking to hire casual support employees that would be able to invigilate exams and report to administration afterwards. Exams would be held online and proctoring would be done from home on Zoom. Each exam is 2-3 hours long and are done weekdays, evenings and Saturday mornings a few times week. The invigilator will be proctoring a group of 20-30 students per test while communicating with the other invigilators/administration.

Pay is 20$ per hour.

- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with testing procedures
- Good communication skills
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide instructions to the students
- Monitor the tests on zoom typically 2-3 hours per test
- Ensure no students are committing academic misconduct
- Take attendance as students enter zoom room
- Enforce test protocol
- Minor troubleshooting
