Pharmacy Assistant

**Frontier Pharmacy** is looking to hire a Pharmacy Assistant to join the dispensary team
- Open Monday to Friday (9am-6pm) with the occasional Saturday.
- We are closed Sundays and stat holidays.
- _No evenings_

Computer efficiency and positive attitude are imperative for this position. We are looking for someone who is confident with their skills and can learn quickly in a fast paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- intake and dispensing of prescriptions
- using computer systems to generate stock lists and labels
- ordering items
- maintaining and counting inventory
- receiving, loading, unloading deliveries
- selling over-the-counter medicines
- answering customers questions face to face or by phone
- preparing, pre-packing, assembling and labelling medicines
- handling and processing till transactions
- general cleaning and housekeeping
- referring problems or queries to the pharmacist
- additional duties when necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
