Position: Full-Time/Part-Time Handy Man

Northern Lights Property Group, a leading property management and renovation company based in Winnipeg, is currently seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. We specialize in providing top-notch property maintenance and renovation services, and we are looking for an experienced individual with a diverse range of handyman skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform basic plumbing tasks, including repairs and installations.
- Handle drywalling, mudding, taping, sanding, and painting projects.
- Demonstrate expertise in framing and drop ceiling installations.
- Conduct flooring installations with precision and attention to detail.
- Perform door installations efficiently and accurately.
- Provide general handyman services as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a valid driving license and have a reliable car for transportation.
- Demonstrated experience in plumbing, drywalling, mudding, taping, sanding, painting, framing, drop ceiling, flooring installation, and door installation.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time and tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Punctuality and a strong work ethic.

How to Apply:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00-$26.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
