As a contract analyst, you will be supporting the commercial sales organization for multiple divisions within Hologic. You will also be responsible for supporting the offer development, contract negotiation, pricing execution and ongoing contract management within your assigned territory.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Ability to demonstrate significant knowledge of Hologic processes related to the role
- Exercise good judgment based on company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Offer Development
- Contract Negotiations
- Contract Execution
- Contract Management

**What you’ll need to be successful in this role**:

- Bilingual in English and French is an asset
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with contract terms
- Highly motivated with technical and analytical competencies, proven problem solver, and solution oriented
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is a must (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) with strong propensity to learn new software programs/systems
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt well to change
- Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment in a variety of situations, including recommending improvements, using data and analytics as back-up.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong stakeholder and co-worker relationships
