Position: Budtender

**Job Type**: Part-time
Staring Wage: $20+ /Hour

As an Oneida Cannabis Store Budtender you will stive to put our patrons as the #1 priority. You will be expected to preform your job duties according to the posted job description. As a new member to our quickly growing team here at Oneida Cannabis Store you will be asked to embody our indigenous ways and have respect for our culture and way of life. We aim to serve our guests with passion to deliver a unique and individualized cannabis experience. One that you have NEVER experienced before.
- **Job Requirements**:_
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- Reliable Transportation.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- No major physical or mental limitations.
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience operating POS systems/Card readers.
- Basic knowledge of cannabis and cannabis products.
- Able to stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills/ cash counting/ cash handling.

Applicants are recommended to complete the Cansell certification as offered by;

**Hospitality**
- Demonstrates that guest service is their number one priority
- Makes a positive first impression: smiles, makes eye contact, maintains a positive tone of voice and always says thank you
- Responds to guests in a friendly manner with an appropriate sense of urgency
- Suggests products and complimentary items appropriately
- Resolves guest concerns and complaints in a friendly manner
- Follows proper cash procedures
- Excellent knowledge of Cannabis products
- Trustworthy and guest-oriented
