We are currently seeking a **qualified inspector** to join our Grande Prairie team. Please note that this is a **full time staff position**. Duties include providing inspection and expediting services to the clients of Caliper Inspection and delivery of timely and descriptive reports of all such activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform timely inspection of orders that are assigned to Caliper Inspection as indicated in the Inspection Procedure Manual and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
- Prepare daily inspection reports and submit to Report Clerks by the following morning for processing.
- Maintain accurate and up to date inspection files and documentation on all assigned jobs.
- Return completed job files including all documentation and completed ITPs to Report Clerks upon completion of job.
- Support team members by providing needed coverage during times of heavy workloads.

Skills Required
- Strong customer service skills and professional appearance
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Computer skills in a Microsoft environment including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
- Flexibility with regard to time availability
- Flexibility with regard to travel
- Well organized, detail oriented, self-starter who requires little supervision
- Familiarity with oil and gas facilities and operation of equipment
- Own transportation.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified to a recognized standard such as CSA W-178.2 Level II, AWS-CWI and /or API-510.
- Current first aid, H2S, confined space and fall arrest training are an asset.
