**Responsibilities**:
1. Project Planning and Management:

- Lead the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with internal project teams and clients.
- Utilize Agile Scrum methodology to manage project priorities, sprint planning, and execution to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.

2. Client Communication and Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal project teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication of project status, updates, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and address client needs, concerns, and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Requirements Analysis and Solution Design:

- Work collaboratively with clients to gather and analyze requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and develop detailed project specifications.
- Guide and collaborate with internal technical teams to design and architect solutions that meet client requirements and align with project goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (minimum 8 to 10 years) as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, with a strong background in software development, data migration, digital modernization, AI, and product development.
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodology and experience managing projects within this framework.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
