Brockville, Canada Mallorytown Cement Finishing Inc. Full time

The labourer position has an early start time of 6am and the team meets at the shop on Lake Street in Mallorytown. A ride from Brockville is available if you do not have your own transportation.

You will be paid weekly for 40 hours a week via direct deposit and the hourly wage is based on experience. The schedule is Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday. This position is seasonal and the start date is mid-April and will be laid off in December.

Health and safety training will be provided. Steel toed boots and a high vis shirt are required. Steel toed boots will be reimbursed up to $250 per pair after 3 months of employment.

Key responsibilities
- preparing concrete forms
- Cutting and placing wire mesh and rebar
- Wheeling, pouring and vibrating concrete
- Removing forms from concrete

Physical requirements
- Standing, walking for an entire shift
- Lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds
- Climbing ladders or scaffolding
- Working in hot and cold weather and occasionally in the rain

- Ability to work in a physically demanding construction environment

- Self motivated with a strong work ethic

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
