As the point of contact between workers and managers your priorities are coordinating tasks for the day and overseeing the quality of work performed. The ability to organize yourself and others and keep projects on schedule while paying attention to detail is key in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor progress of projects
- Report project status to managers
- Organize workload & reprioritize as needed
- Organize daily lineups
- Perform daily Tool-Box talks
- Maintain organized & efficient shop facility
- Assist in sourcing parts
- Assist with shop repairs
- Supervise and assist with field repairs when required
- Supervise all work for quality
- Ensure safety policies & procedures are adhered to
- Train and mentor other technicians
- Assign tasks to qualified staff
- Coordinate sufficient staff and resources to tasks
- Ensure that tasks are staying on schedule

**Qualifications**:

- Fully licensed 421A or 310T *experience in both preferred*
- Excellent leadership skills
- Highly organized
- Ability to solve problems
- Ability to work with and lead a team
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Physically capable of working indoors and outdoors year-round
- High level of attention to detail
- High quality of work standards
- Possess own tools

- Strong rapport with crew and able to positively motivate your crew and work alongside them

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $34.00-$50.00 per hour

- heavy equipment: 3 years (preferred)
