- In 2nd or 3rd year at an accredited nursing school
- Previous geriatric experience
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal format
- Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish positive working relationships
- Physically able to meet the demands of the job
- Leadership skills preferred
