Connect2Communicate - Speech & Language Services is a private speech and language clinic, in Bowmanville, ON. Our main goal is to support our clients and their families to reach their personal and communication goals.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Complete speech, language and communication assessments with clients presenting with a range of communication profiles
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
- Provide direct therapy sessions to target a range of speech, language and communication skills
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Follow evidence-based approaches to assessment and treatment
- Collaborate with other (related) healthcare professionals, educators, and parents to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans
- Supervise supportive personnel (i.e. Communicative Disorders Assistant(s))

**Requirements**:

- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, required
- Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO), required
- Previous clinical experience working with children, with various exceptionalities, is an asset
- Previous experience working with Autistic children, specifically, is an asset
- Previous experience using various forms of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Commitment to self-directed/life long learning and evidence based practice
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize and to deal with changes in tasks with short notice

**Salary**:

- Variety of competitive pay packages negotiable, including salary, contract pay and/or hybrid of both options

**Salary**: $82,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
