**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with moving computing hardware and associated reconfiguring
- Installation of new and used hardware units and components
- Imaging and reimaging desktops and laptop computers
- Troubleshooting problems, performing diagnostics
- Perform hardware warranty and non-warranty repairs of desktops, notebooks, and printers
- Coordinate warranty/post-warranty repair of hardware and accessories
- Updating, escalating, and closing of Tickets in various systems
- Ability to work some overtime hours for on-call requirements
***Skills & Qualifications**:
- A Technical Diploma or University degree in Computer Science or related filed
- A+ Certification
- Warranty authorizations for HP PC's, and Apple products and Zebra printer knowledge an asset
- Minimum of 2 years working in a large computing environment
- Knowledge of an incident and problem management tool such as Service Now
- Expertise with imaging and re-imaging of desktop and laptop computers
- Strong Windows 7, 10 IOS knowledge
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting Office 365 Suite of products
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A sense of urgency to complete tasks and assignments
- Ability to take direction and follow practices and procedures consistently and accurately
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
