Pub Front of House Support

**Compensation Information**:
$18 per hour

**Physical Class**:
Medium, work activities include handling loads between 10 and 20kg, predominantly in an indoor setting.

**This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.**

**Accountabilities**:

- Assist the restaurant team by running food and drinks to tables, bussing and resetting tables, and helping to greet and seat guests as required
- In the role of host, be the face of the restaurant - greeting and seating guests
- As food runners take food to tables according to seat position and announce dishes to guests
- Bus tables as necessary and provide support to the serving team
- Deliver exceptional guest experience by following the standards of service
- Anticipate guest needs
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean, tidy and well-presented restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis
- Ensures operational Health and Safety regulations are permanently adhered to
- Assist the restaurant team by running food to tables, bussing and resetting tables, and helping to greet and seat guests as required
- Acts as an ambassador for Sun Peaks Resort & Sun Peaks Grand Hotel
- Willing to assist other Food & Beverage operations within the hotel and perform any other duties as necessary
- Passionate about the mountains and skiing & snowboarding
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work as a team and demonstrate initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Dedicated to working within a dynamic team that focuses on collaboration and guest experience
- Must be available to work various shifts, including availability on weekends
