PREMIER RACQUET CLUBS BRAMPTON, ONTARIO

Job Overview

Job type -Full time or Part-time 12- 30 hrs a week, 6-hour schedule

Position Description
- Takes the initiative to deliver service excellence with PRCs wide range of offerings to guide members and guests through their tennis experience
- Greets all Members and Guests, providing engaging and friendly service
- Computer literate - Uses courtreserve software to create membership, review billing. book programs and courts for members
- Reviews daily events to keep up to date with current events and changes
- Provides information on PRC memberships and programs
- Maintains confidentiality with all members’ private information and records
- Promotes a safe, encouraging environment, free from harassment/ discrimination
- Completes incident/infractions reports. Leads the emergency response
- Ensures clean and safe conditions in the front office and general reception area
- Monitor/report Dome or other facilities issues to the appropriate staff.
- Interprets and assists members to adhere to all club policies

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years previous administrative and front-line customer service experience required
- Service-oriented - Proficient interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong English written/verbal communication skills. multilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
