**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within houses & ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all customers.

Looking to hire someone hardworking, reliable & detail oriented with general cleaning experience

Must have a clear criminal record.

Also must have a sense of independence

Provided transportation during work. I won’t expect you to drive your vehicle between houses although having a car/license is beneficial for odd occasions. Casual/part time -opportunity to grow into a full time position if you’re hard working & dependable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, wet wiping, polishing, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Sanitizing restrooms
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Notify management of any damages or repairs required

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is highly preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Capability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
