**Position: Regulatory Specialist (Healthcare and Beauty)**

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will be responsible for preparing regulatory documents and submissions, as well as reviewing consumer product labels.

This role will involve collaborating closely with the Senior QA Manager and Director of R&D to ensure all regulatory requirements are met to support existing and new business.

This role will involve in preparing QQF collaborating closely with R&D Manager.

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will be responsible for compiling regulatory data in a centralized location to ensure legal requirements are met. Manage and maintain the compliance software used to create Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and assess regulatory compliance in North America.

Support regulatory assessment of new products and/or new markets.

Assist in the development and maintenance of a compliance system.

Keep track of new government regulations

Additional duties as required.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**

Bachelor’s Degree in Science

2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role

working knowledge and solid experience working in GMP environment

Experience working within the Consumer Goods, Cosmetic or Pharmaceutical industries is preferred

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**

Ability to follow process and procedure

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proofreading ability

Strong collaboration skills; ability to work cross functionally and build relationships at all levels of the business

Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
